How to do a force connection on NZ Tivo

Go to TiVo Central by pressing the TiVo button on your remote, then going to "Messages & Settings" > "Settting" > "Network" > "Connect to the TiVo service now"

I have always maintained that a Helpdesk should be there to help. I maintain this preposterous notion despite the commonly held belief that they exist to answer calls.
